Condensation recovery method and principle:
 
        The condensation method is to directly introduce the exhaust gas from industrial production into the condenser, and recover the valuable organic matter through the functions of adsorption, absorption, analysis and separation, recover the waste heat of the exhaust gas, purify the exhaust gas, and make the exhaust gas meet the discharge standard. When the concentration of organic waste gas is high, the temperature is low, and the air volume is small, the condensation method can be used for purification treatment, which is generally applied to pharmaceutical and petrochemical enterprises. One or more other organic exhaust gas purification devices are usually installed behind the condensing recovery unit to achieve the target emission.         Condensation principle: the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas discharged from the compressor when the compressor refrigeration-refrigeration system is working enters the condenser and is condensed into a high-pressure supercooled liquid, which is throttled and depressurized by the expansion valve to become a low-temperature low-pressure vapor-liquid two-phase mixture. Entering the evaporator {first-order heat exchanger, second-stage heat exchanger, third-stage heat exchanger), the refrigerant absorbs the heat of the heat-transfer medium passing through the evaporator to self-vaporize, and the refrigerant is fully vaporized and then The compressor draws into the compression chamber and enters the lower cycle.
 
        The low temperature brine medium is transported to the vocs gas condensing cold box by a circulation pump to exchange heat with the vocs gas. The whole system continuously circulates through the above process, thereby achieving the purpose of continuous cooling and liquefaction recovery of vocs gas. The vocs gas condensation-gas is cooled in the condensing unit heat exchanger {ie: cold box heat transfer medium heat exchanger), and the temperature is cooled by using the difference in saturated vapor pressure of the material at different temperatures. The oil and gas are supersaturated and condensed into a liquid to be directly recovered, and a very small portion of the gas enters the subsequent unit for reprocessing.
